Kria Cycles is a newly opened cycle business based in the Old Harbour area of central Reykjavík. From there we can offer professional bicycle maintenance services and individual bikes, built to order.

Kria aims to provide bikes, components and services that are currently unavailable in Reykjavík, as you can see from the examples of bikes that Kria has built. As well as a professional maintenance service that caters for all types of bikes, Kria constructs bikes entirely from new components and we can also re-new your old bike, totally deconstructing it and reconstructing re-using old components where possible, using new if appropriate. To finish the bike will have a brand new finish of your choice, so that your bike really is yours.

Kria’s philosophy is to keep things as simple as possible, using single gears or internal hub gears. In the conditions experienced all year round in Iceland this makes your life easier, with little maintenance required to keep your bike clean and running perfectly.
